Terms of Service

1. The service

pip0 is a workflow automation platform operated by Zenedge Consulting ("pip0", "we", "us"). Access to the hosted service at next.pip0.ai is provided under these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use pip0 to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
• Scrape or harvest data from third-party services in violation of their terms
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service

4. Data and privacy

Your use of pip0 is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you create or upload to the service. By using pip0, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance, which we will attempt to communicate in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Payment and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Intellectual property

pip0 is built on Activepieces (MIT licensed). pip0-specific features, branding, and the hosted service are proprietary to Zenedge Consulting. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenedge Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
